Tea Etiquette Certification (TEC) is a comprehensive program with materials provided by the Charleston School of Protocol and Etiquette, Inc. and published online by The Tea House Times, LLC to enhance the designation of the tea professional. Upon successful completion of the six month program, the tea professional will be awarded the TEC designation and certificate through the Charleston School of Protocol and Etiquette.

Cynthia R. Grosso is a corporate etiquette expert. She has been a speaker, teacher and consultant in this area for more than 15 years. She is the founder of the Charleston School of Protocol and Etiquette, Inc.
In addition to being an award winning speaker and a business columnist, Ms. Grosso has appeared as an etiquette expert on the Dr. Phil and many other television shows and is quoted in many national publications. She is the host of Your Manners Matter radio show.
Ms. Grosso is the author of the Professional Savvy Series, an on-line learning program for Professional Table Manners that is the only one of its kind in the world. This program won the bronze medal in the world for excellence in E-learning.
She is an award winning adjunct professor of business etiquette and protocol at several universities and the author of the book “Code of Distinction – Reflecting your Personal Brand with Excellence” written for college students and young professionals. She is also the author of The Proper Penguin - children's book.
Ms. Grosso is dedicated to helping people reflect their personal brand with excellence on their “Journey of Civility”. She also focuses on the polish needed for people to succeed in the business environment. She speaks to people on an individual, group or corporate level.
Cynthia and her husband, Jamie Jordan, live in Charleston, South Carolina.
Gail Gastelu is owner, publisher/editor in chief of The Tea House Times publication and produces other services and education to benefit the tea industry and consumers.
The Charleston School of Protocol and Etiquette and The Tea House Times have jointly developed materials for the Tea Etiquette Certification program to enhance the designation of the tea professional. The site is published and administered by The Tea House Times.
Since 2003, Gail has been working to connect tea businesses and consumers to all facets of the tea industry. Gail has been publishing The Tea House Times since 2003.
